Resveratrol is a flavonoid that is commonly found in red grapes, peanuts, blueberries, cranberries and cocoa. Resveratrol is associated with the antioxidant qualities of red wine.
The resveratrol in this supplement is sourced from high quality Japanese knotweed, a potent and active form of resveratrol. We have also combined this with green tea extract, quercetin and CoQ10.
