Ingredients
Kelp is a type of large, brown seaweed that grows in shallow, nutrient-rich saltwater near coastal fronts around the world. Kelp has long been known as a rich source of iodine, as well as other trace elements including potassium, magnesium, iron and calcium.
Iodine is required for the production of thyroid hormones, as well as cognitive function, energy production and skin health. Each kelp capsule in this supplement provides 350µg of iodine.
