Description

Naturopathic nutrition combines the sciences of biochemistry and nutrition with natural therapies and lifestyle changes, to help you maintain a good state of health.

Naturopathic nutrition is holistic, because it works with a person as a whole, addressing underlying imbalances, rather than only acting on symptoms.

Protocols are tailored to each person’s unique needs, taking into account lifestyle, ethics and food preferences. Where necessary, diet and lifestyle advice is combined with a program of supplements and natural remedies aimed at addressing bodily imbalances.

As a registered nutritional therapist, Kirsty Gillmore will locate these imbalances by analysing your diet and lifestyle habits, medical history and current symptoms. After a period of review and research, a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan will be created. This will be tailored to your unique body.
