Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. We use a combination of biodegradable and 100% fully recycled and recyclable materials when packaging orders.
What happens when something is out of stock?We do everything we can to make sure your items are in stock when you checkout. We don't always hold stock for all product lines, so we rely on suppliers to tell us when products are available.
Occasionally they get this wrong, and when they come to pick your item it's not available. In the instance that an item is unavailable when your order is being fulfilled, you will receive a notification email and we will automatically process a refund. The money will arrive in your bank account within 10 working days.
I have changed my mind about an item. Can I have a refund?
It depends. You must first contact us explaining which item(s) you wish to return, and why. We will review your case and contact you shortly after with a response.
If you are granted authorisation to return your item(s), you will be provided with the delivery address to send the returned item(s). You will be reimbursed for the original shipping cost, but you will not be reimbursed for the return shipping cost.
Please ensure you include your full name and order number with your returned item(s) so that we can successfully refund you. The money will arrive in your bank account within 10 working days from the point the refund is initiated.
I have recieved a faulty or damaged item. Can I have a refund?
In the unlikely event you recieve a faulty item, you are entitled to a full refund. You must first contact us explaining which item(s) are faulty or damaged, and details of how this occurred, if known. We will review your case and contact you shortly after with a response.
To help improve our products and service, we may ask that you kindly return the item for our review (depending on the type of item and details of the fault/damage).
If so, you will be provided with the delivery address for the returns. Once we receive your items, you will be issued a full refund, including the cost incurred for the return shipping. The money will arrive in your bank account within 10 working days from the point the refund is initiated.
